Heavy Duty ESD Workbench with Three Drawers – Anti-Static Workshop Bench

The ESD workbench is a basic, universal workstation designed for use in ESD-protected areas, including electronics manufacturing, assembly, and service environments. All structural and functional components are designed to dissipate electrostatic charges in accordance with ESD workplace requirements.

The ESD series serves as a modular base system and can be expanded with a wide range of compatible accessories. The workbench is available in multiple size variants.

  Solid welded steel structure, powder-coated with conductive ESD paint in RAL 7035 (light grey)

• Load capacity:
  Maximum 300 kg, evenly distributed over the tabletop

• Worktop:
  Conductive laminated chipboard (ESD)

• Cabinet:

  • Dimensions: 500 × 500 × 500 mm

  • Equipped with 3 drawers, lockable

  • Drawer height: 125 mm

  • Drawers mounted on ball-bearing slides with 100% extension

  • Cabinet and drawers powder-coated with ESD conductive paint in RAL 7035

  • Cabinet can be installed on the left or right side of the workbench

• Levelling and grounding:

  • Metal levelling feet designed to discharge electrostatic charges to ground

  • Integrated grounding box equipped with:

    • 2 × 10 mm grounding terminals

    • 1 × 4 mm banana socket

    • 1.8 m grounding cable

• Modularity:
  Compatible with a wide range of ESD-certified accessories for customized workstation configuration

Our workbenches are typically made to order. Please allow an estimated 4–6 weeks for production and delivery to UK mainland addresses, unless the item is already in stock.

Trolleys & Trucks

Trolleys and trucks are usually delivered within 1–2 weeks, subject to availability.

All products are supplied with a minimum 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Fair wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, alteration, or lack of maintenance
• Accidental damage or impact damage
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable UK law.
