Returns Policy
Standard Returns
Standard goods may be accepted for return within 7 days from order confirmation, subject to prior agreement with us.
Before returning any items, you must contact us by email to obtain confirmation and return details for your order. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in “as new” condition
- Be securely packaged in the original packaging
- Be returned at the customer’s expense
Only products returned in acceptable condition can be credited.
A handling or restocking charge may be applied by the manufacturer. This may include restocking fees and outbound carriage costs. Any applicable charges will be confirmed prior to approval of the return.
Approved refunds may take up to 14 working days to appear in your bank account once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bespoke or made-to-order goods manufactured specifically for a customer
- Specially ordered products
- Certain quantity or bulk orders, where manufacturers do not accept returns (for example, orders of three or more of the same item)
For bulk orders, we strongly recommend ordering one item initially to ensure suitability before placing a larger order.
Please also note that manufacturers will not accept returns where items need to be collected from a different address than the original delivery address.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will confirm in writing whether the cancellation has been successfully processed.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible and you will need to refer to this Returns Policy if the goods are no longer required.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please include photographs of the damage or fault with your email, as this will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
Warranty
All products are supplied with a minimum 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Fair wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, alteration, or lack of maintenance
- Accidental damage or impact damage
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable UK law.
Legal Information
We are primarily a business-to-business supplier. For business purchases, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies.
For consumers purchasing for personal or home use with delivery to a residential address, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and other applicable consumer legislation will apply.
We will always try to assist, even where products are outside of warranty. However, in some cases we may be limited by manufacturer policies. If you need any help or advice, please do not hesitate to contact us.
